Pinky Promise Chapter 6 “Secret Relationship”

Part 1

When Proud and Noon’s love was secret, so both had to keep this secret relationship to prevent another one knew.

After Ching with blood moment, everything turned to be usual. Proud and Noon as shipping trend was faded away when Jet’ame met senior students stayed together and had cute moments. Now looked like that senior students had more cute moments than Proud and Noon so fandom interested them and let Proud and Noon away. Meanwhile Proud and Noon prevented themselves to be targeted from fandom by performing as usual friend.

No sexual talking. No sexual touching. No sexual teasing. Everything returned to be usual.

But that didn’t reduced sweetness. When Proud and Noon couldn’t perform naturally, Proud and Noon performed naturally at places no one could watch them.

In boring classroom.

Such as when they learned boring subject in classroom, Noon picked green pigment pen to write something on paper and she sent to Proud that was listening teacher’s saying with her boring eyes.

‘That teaching is really boring :(‘

‘I want lunch time quickly’ Proud picked pink pigment pen and she wrote reply sentence to Noon.

‘What menu will you have lunch?’ Noon still wrote before that paper transformed to chat application in analog world.

‘I want spicy stir fried noodle ~~~~~~’

‘I’m hungry ><‘

‘Oh!!! I want to hug you :)’

Noon read final sentences and she saw to Proud’s have with her smile.

Look like they had to be stressed with this complicated relationship, but now love could defeat everything! They enjoyed to do sweet moment as this. That was little happiness that made Proud and Noon smiled together without another sights from other classmates.

But looked like they would be in trouble….

After alarm sound appeared as telling about finish learning in this subject, everyone in classroom got away from their desk to have lunch in canteen. When Proud just kept chair in the desk, she was crashed her shoulder directly.

Hey!!!!

Proud interjected and saw to someone who crashed her spontaneously. That was Ping who walked and intentionally crashed to Proud’s shoulder. Proud didn’t believe that Ping’s smile was fulfilled with challenging as villain in drama. Oh!!! Ping cleaned her shoulder. That meant she cleaned unlucky things from her body.

Then she went out from the classroom. Proud felt angry and performed her wrath from her face directly.

“Hey!!! Keep calm.” Noon saw Proud who felt angry and she held Proud’s hand to take care her love.

That was usual about Ping had her rancor. But Proud never thought Ping announced herself as Proud’s enemy.

Part 2

The secret relationship still continued while no one knew (except Ping who had revenge.) Someday at morning Proud and Noon decided to absent standing in row to national flag activity because they wanted to have sweet moments together. And that time Noon picked Polaroid camera from her bag to show.

“Tada!! My dad just bought to me. Is it beautiful?”

“Wow!!!! That is very cute!!! Kitty Decoration.” Proud said with sweet and cute sound. Then she picked that Polaroid camera from Noon’s hand and said “How does it use?”

“Press red button.” Noon thought Proud to use Polaroid camera and she pressed that red button.

“If I want to take photos?” Proud asked.

“Press this button.”

“So let’s take photo together.” Proud brought her body against Noon and turned Polaroid camera to her and Noon. They posed to take photo.

“1…2…3!” Proud used moment Noon felt unexpected to kiss Noon’s cheek and pressed shutter button. She let Noon who was kissed felt in love and smiled shyly.

Polaroid camera ejected photo Proud had taken. Proud picked that photos and shook off until that photo appeared. Both smiled together and waited to look picture from photo from Polaroid camera. But looked like Gook’s sound appeared and interrupted Proud & Noon’s secret sweet moment. Oh!!! sweet time was over. That Gook’s voice made Proud hurried to hide Polaroid camera in her desk. Noon pushed Proud away from her.

“You absented standing in row!!! Let me stood lonely. I anger!!!” Gook sulked to her close friends. Proud sincerely smiled and pleased Gook until her friend that was sulking felt better.

After that English teacher came to classroom. Everyone who already stayed in their seat stood up and said… “Good morning teacher.”

“How are you?” English teacher asked.

“I’m fine thank you and you?” Grade 11 room 1 students answered.

“I’m fine. Please sit down.”

“Thank you teacher.”

That was regular conversation every student had to say to English teachers who came to classroom. Then English teacher started to teach.

“Everyone open to page 35. Today I teach you about helping verbs, such as shall, should, can, could. Who try to demonstrate sample sentences with using helping verb?”

Then Ping raised her hand to answer with English sentence.

Proud and Noon could be lesbians!

Ping said to insult Proud and Noon. Everyone in classroom talked together about this. When Ping started with dirty method, so Proud revenged by objecting with her English sentences to Ping without waiting teacher to ask her.

Ping must be a big liar because she always talks bullshit!

Proud said proudly as her name and she insincerely smiled to Ping.

“Proudfah, sit down and use your hand to hit your desk. Why did you say strong language? Why did you say with potty sentence?” Teacher punished Proudfah immediately. Ping insulting smile to Proud when she was punished.

“Thanaporn, you too. use your hand to hit your desk 10 times loudly! Why did you tease your friend? You will be hurt again.” Teacher punished Ping neutrally. Proud and classmates laughed to Ping who tried to tease. Initiation felt shy immediately and she used her hand to hit to her desk. After that teacher called to another students for creating more sentences that used helping verb. Now Proud saw to Ping who hit the desk proudly.

Although Proud often fought with Ping indirectly, but totally relationship between Proud and Noon was greater. When no sights from anyone, both walked together easier. Every night they opened Skype to tutor knowledge together. Sometimes they teased with talking. Next day in the morning Proud always called to Noon for waking up. But looked like Noon didn’t accept many Proud’s many callings. When Noon received Proud’s call of awakening, she felt lazy and blamed to Proud “Why do you call me?” When Proud sulked Noon, Noon also please her girlfriend and said with please voice often.

Part 3

At the morning on Sunday, Proud and Noon chose to stay together at urban park. Proud sat to wait Noon at some marble bench and saw many people who were jogging and riding bikes enjoyably. Unexpectedly Noon rushed and sat against Proud until Proud frightened. When she saw someone who teased her and that girl was Noon, Proud also used her hand to hit Noon with her wanting to bite.

“You teased me again!” Proud complained.

“If I don’t tease you, so who I want to tease?” Noon said with pleased voice that made Proud to squeeze her. Proud felt good about Noon never went away from her so she smiled with slanted eyes from her sincere heart until Noon wanted to squeeze Proud’s head until Proud hairstyle was complex. Proud yelled a lot when her hairstyle was really bad. That made Noon LOL.

“Let’s go! Today what my daring will do, I will please you extremely.” Noon said with pleasing to Proud. That was same as Noon who was a Proud’s boyfriend. When Proud heard that Noon’s sound liked pimp, she relentlessly laughed. After that they held their hand together to do something.

Proud and Noon’s interested activities started with riding bikes around urban park. Proud rode her bike slowly to absorb cool and fresh atmosphere around her. Many trees were green and still covered Proud and Noon from sunlight. That flowers were blooming… Parents who brought their children to picnic together…. That couple who were walking and holding their hand together. Proud grinned and breathed in fresh air from urban park and she saw Noon who leaded her for riding bike. Proud pressed horn button that was sending signal to Noon.

“Slower riding!!” Proud yelled to Noon. Noon who heard Proud’s voice shook her head vertically that meant “accepted”.

After they rode their bikes until they were tired, Noon brought mat from her backpack to spread at lawn near wide swamp. Proud picked lunch box with 4 ham-cheese tuna sandwiches that she made since at morning on today.

“Did you make yourself?” Noon asked when Proud was opening her lunch box with fatty sandwitch.

“Yeah. That are very delicious!” Proud felt confident about her skill of making sandwiches.

Noon picked Proud’s sandwich and bit it until tuna spread was blown out from edge of bread Noon was holding.

“That is very delicious!!!” She said when she chewed sandwich. Proud smiled and brought bottle of water. Noon opened that bottle of water and she drank it more 2-3 times. Finally she revealed about deliciousness.

“It was very delicious because I was hungry… Not from your making…”

What the ….?

Proud stopped to smile and she tried to seize sandwich from Noon.

But Noon evaded and said “I’m just kidding. When I see you sulk, that is really cute.”

Proud taunted Noon with showing her tongue when Noon relentlessly smiled. And when Proud started to extend her cheek’s side to prepare sulking, Noon brought sandwich to Proud.

“That was really delicious.” Proud said and chewed in same time.

“And who said it is bitter?” Noon asked and ate eaten sandwich until it was empty. Then she sucked her finger that had mayonnaise deliciously.

After they eat sandwiches, both talked together continuously. Noon picked her smartphone and she equipped right side of earphone and searched song she wanted to listen with Proud.

“I want you to listen this song.” Noon said and put left side of earphone to Proud’s ear.

That song they listened together was “สิ่งสำคัญ (necessary things)” by Endorphine.

“ฉันไม่รู้ว่าหลังจากนี้ มั้นจะมีอะไรเปลี่ยนแปลง ฉันไม่กล้าจะสัญญาด้วยคำได”
I don’t know after this time, it will have something that will be changed. I won’t dare to promise any sentences.”

“รักเรานั้นจะไปอีกไกล หรือวันไหนจะต้องร้างลา ฉันไม่รู้ไม่เคยแน่ใจอะไร
Our love will move forward further or someday we will break up, I don’t know and don’t be sure anything.”

“ฉันพูดได้เพียงว่าตอนนี้รักเธอ เทให้ทั้งหัวใจ…”
I only say about in this time I love you, pour all of my heart to you…”

“What are you doing profoundly now?” Proud felt shy and Noon laughed and paused that song.

“…นี่คือสิ่งสำคัญ ที่เรายังอยู่ด้วยกัน สิ่งอื่นใดนั้นมันยังไม่มาถึง (This is necessary things that make us to stay together. Another things now can’t reach to us.)” Proud sand a song that continued from that lyric.

“Who said about don’t love profound moment?” Noon was kidding Proud again.

“That lyric was also well known. I wanted to sing completely.” Proud laughed before she saw to nearest couple who laid themselves onto lawn. Noon also saw that so she start talking with new topic.

“I also like lying myself onto lawn. rolling rolling rolling rolling roll!” Noon said to Proud and her eyes saw to that couple.

“Isn’t it itch?”

“No. When I lie myself and see to the sky, I feel as near nature. When I have uncomfortable moment, I often did that. It eliminated my worries in my head well.” Noon described and laid herself to her mat.

“Hey!!! You love to lie at lawn, but why are you lying on mat/” Proud asked.

Noon saw to Proud “I checked. Looked like this are was suspected.” Noon saw to 2 dogs that they were running together. Proud laughed out loud and laid herself to Noon’s mat.

Proud saw to fresh and blue sky and she threw her mind to the wind and sunlight. Song that Noon played still played on her mind

“ให้มันตราตึง…อยู่ในใจเผื่อไปถึงวันลาจาก (Let it seals in my heart until farewell day.)”

Proud sang that song in her mind.

Part 4

In afternoon, both sat together at duck boat in big swamp. Look like weather was fresh, sunlight shined moderately and wind that breezed a little. That made everything were beautiful and gorgeous as staying in wonderful dream. In duck boat Proud and Noon were staying, they felt as no one was in this world. Proud and Noon saw and contacted their eyes and smiled with meaningful feeling and let that duck boat float itself.

But time of happiness passed quickly. That was usual. When Proud and Noon saw the sunset that was against edge of swamp, Proud breathed out strongly about happiness that just happened only this day. That feeling made Proud feared tomorrow. When love and mutuality between Proud and Noon were forbidden. Proud couldn’t imagine what will happen in next time. And will she have happiness as today?

“Do you think our relationship will be possible?” Proud asked her worried to Noon. She couldn’t receive her worry forever because she had personal consultant, Noon.

But Noon didn’t answered from her mouth. She asked back to Proud “Now do you feel happy?”

Proud shook her head vertically.

“If now you have happiness, so you stay in present. Remember this happy time that we stay together. Future will be, I don’t know but don’t care it. Do to the best today.” Noon smiled to Proud warmly and held her hand firmly. Proud nestled to Noon’s shoulder. Both saw to the sky that was turning color to red before darkness covered when sun went away from the sky.

Part 5

Smiles and happiness from staying together made Proud to dream about her love will be peaceful forever.

But anyone ever said – secret never existed in this world.

At evening on someday, Proud and Noon stood to clean their hand at tap in toilet that didn’t have anyone. Both said together about sweater they wore to be against cold weather in winter.

“Is it beautiful?” Proud asked Noon and she showed her pastel pink sweater that she was wearing.

“That is very beautiful. And me?” Noon answered to please Proud and she spined her self to show her cream color with black stars sweater to Proud.

“Your beauty can’t win me, darling.” Proud teased Noon as couple’s behavior and the was usual that Proud had to pleased Noon with word “darling” when she stayed with Noon privately.

“Proud. I have something to give you.” Noon smiled with her big eyes and she opened her bag that was laying near her. Then she picked something from her bag. That was Kitty envelope. When Proud saw to Kitty, she always felt in love it.

“Kitty!!! That was really cute!” Proud excited with Kitty design envelope in front of her.

“Open.” Noon hurried Proud to open that envelope.

Proud felt uncomfortable because she didn’t know what Noon will tease her. But another side of her heart, she wanted to know about ‘my darling’ would give something as gift. And when she opened that envelope and she picked something inside envelope, Proud grinned widely. That was Polaroid photo when Proud kissed Noon’s cheek instantly. On Polaroid photos had sentence Noon wrote “You’re the love of my life My girlfriend, Proud <3”

 

Change word “Dao” to “Proud”

 

“Do you love it?” Noon asked excitedly to listen answer.

Proud grinned with her excitement. “Very love! Thank you very much. I will put in my back to watch everyday.”

Both smiled together.

“Let’s go home.” Noon embraced Proud’s shoulder and went out from the toilet.

But…. flush sound appeared and someone walked out from lavatory. She turned on tap and cleaned her hand with seeing her face from mirror.

She smiled insincerely.

Part 6

(STRONG LANGUAGE ALERT!!!)

Next day after alarm sound appeared as a signal of time up from lunch time, students went to their classroom at afternoon. Noon said to Proud to go toilet and she said to Proud and Gook forwardly about going to classroom first. Don’t wait Noon. Everything was really usual as another day. But when Proud opened her bag to pick her book, she instantly knew who stealthy opened her bag. She also picked all book she put in her bag to her desk and opened all pages of each books. But nothing was unusual.

“There is someone opened my bag.” Proud said to Gook with her worry.

“Hey!!! Really? Are something fucking lost?” Gook asked to Proud.

Proud didn’t answer. She still sought her precious things in her bag. But she didn’t find that thing.

In the time of panic, there was unusual moment outside classroom. Many papers floated and dropped down to the ground. That let every students saw that unusual moment. They picked that paper. Proud ran and picked that too.

A thing Proud still sought, now it was copied with cheap A4 papers. That was Polaroid photos that Noon wrote her love sentence.

Proud was panic and angry a lot. She wrapped that fucking copied paper with her wrath. Meanwhile Ping walked to Proud and she taunted Proud as doing something successfully. Proud knew immediately who did that fucking nasty thing wasn’t someone, but that was Ping. She threw wrapped copied A4 paper to Ping severely.

Did you do this fucking nasty thing?

Proud yelled with her wrath.

“What?” Ping felt confused and she opened that wrapped paper to watch before she insincerely frightened “Hey!!! Who did this?”

Only you! Fuck you bitch!

Ping changed her voice from sweetness to be challenging. “What is your evidence? But…. Wait… Does your mom know? No!!!! If Proud’s mom will know, does she anger? Don’t be serious. I will keep this papers.” Ping yelled loudly with taunting until Proud wanted to kick her. Oh!!! She squeezed Proud’s hand firmly.

“Stop faking.” Proud shook her hand out from Ping.

“Hey!!!? Are you so serious?” Ping pushed Proud’s body and attacked Proud immediately “You anger? Call your mom now! Is your mom very high influence?”

When Proud heard “mom”* from Ping’s voice, Proud was out of control her mind. She slapped to Ping’s ear heavily. Ping fought back to Proud by slapping to Proud too. Both fought severely. Proud pull Ping’s hair and Ping squeezed Proud’s cloth. That moment was really chaos. Gook and her friends in that moment had to lock Proud and Ping immediately before it would be more chaos.

Note: *In Thai culture, dad and mom was the most respect people from everyone. As same as respect “God” in Christianity due to many Thai people were Buddhist that was a religion without god (but many Thai Buddhist still worship Hindu gods. I don’t know why) If someone insult about dad and mom in Thailand, such as “Your father must die”. You prepare to die immediately!

“You’re a lesbian so you must agree you’re motherfucking lesbian too.” Ping yelled to Proud.

I’m lesbian so what the fuck are your head motherfucking heavier?

Proud said with strong language that she rarely said.

“Hey!!! It agreed itself as lesbian!” Ping said back for raising Proud’s pissing off.

FUCK!!! I’M NOT FUCKING LESBIAN AS YOU SHITTY THINK MOTHERFUCKER! 

“You said that? Beware Noon feels sad!” Ping said back to Proud.

That time Noon walked to chaos moment.

NOON LOVED ME!!! SO WHAT THE FUCK SHOULD I DO!!!?

Proud yelled to Ping. That sound was really loud until Noon heard.

“Love you? So look at this. That motherfucking bitch love you first?” Ping show that copied paper to fight until Nippon said loudly.

SHUT THE FUCK UP!! WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING!!? YOUR DAD AND MOM SEND YOU TO LEARN, NOT FOR FUCKING ARGUING AS THIS!

Part 7

(STRONG LANGUAGE ALERT!!!)

Proud, Ping and their mom returned to guidance counselor room again. That pressured atmosphere harmed Proud’s mind less than first time.

“Have first time, so always have second time.” In that pressure atmosphere, Proud remembered Noon’s quote.

“Your daughter is very dangerous. Now I can’t forgive!!! You must have severe punishments to this shitty student.” Ping’s mom started to argue.

“Punishment will occur, but your daughter has guilty that spreading leaflets to arouse.” Nippon calmly said and give justice reason.

“Yes. Now your daughter started first.” Proud’s mom said back to Ping’s mom.”

“I agree about my daughter aroused your daughter.”

“But that can’t compare about striking! Look at that. If parents taught to control mood, your child wasn’t this.” Ping’s mom relentlessly argued to Proud’s mom. Proud saw her mom who breathed in deeply and tried to control her mind. But Ping’s mom still accused Proud’s fault continuously without letting Proud’s mom objected. “You must agree your daughter is unusual. Evidences you can see. Please agree, your daughter won’t have bad feeling.”

When Proud saw to her mom, Proud’s mom felt bad. Proud knew immediately about her mom was defeated. Proud’s mom breathed out and said to Nippon simply about she already knew and she will say Proud’s fault to her daughter. Proud agreed her moment and she saw to the window in guidance counselor room. She saw Noon who stood against wall and she saw to Proud.  That was a sight of disappointment and no hope. Proud saw to that sight and she didn’t say anything. Apologies won’t make Proud and Noon’s relationship to return as usual. Proud destroyed her love with Noon with herself because of her fear. Noon walked away and let Proud into the void of melancholy and loneliness.

Proud and Ping walked to classroom to learn last subject of this day. Everyone didn’t say about moments on after lunch time. Only sight that Proud and Ping saw together was changed. But now Proud never cared another one who saw to her, except Noon that her sight was really calm as stranger. But Gook’s sight made Proud couldn’t forget. Gook still doubted about relationship with Proud and Noon.

Proud’s mom usually drove to receive Proud. Proud opened the door and paced to her mom’s car with breathing in shortly. But her mom still drove without saying anything to Proud. She only let in the car had reporting of traffic from radio. Proud always knew how her chaos moment made her mom to disappoint her a lot. Meanwhile painful Noon’s sight punished Proud certainly. Proud didn’t know how to fix this severe fragment when her action was really severe to apologize.

When Proud’s mom and Proud went to their home, Proud evaded to washed her face at sink and keep her items in her room. She picked her smartphone to watch Facebook an.. Oh no!!! What the hell is that? There were many photos from that fucking moment post a lot on news feed.

“Shit!!!” Proud swore. Then she pressed report photo buttons on every post from that chaos moment she made. Then she entered to Noon’s profile. Nothing was updated.

After that Proud walked down to ground floor with her bad feeling she already knew what she will meet something. She saw her mom who gazed to her and her mom started to say everything she was pressured.

“Proud… I think I must say with you. I ask you directly what the fuck happened with you?” Proud’s mom wanted to know what Proud was thinking. But objecting to Mom in Proud’s opinion wasn’t good things to do. She still silenced. But that silence made her mom to anger more than she think.

I fucking can’t tolerate everything about you. What the fuck happened with you? Why did you make many pieces of shit? I have enter to that fucking guidance counselor twice in this semester because my daughter fucking struck to that classmate. That weren’t mentioned to everything you cover your secret moments.

Every time when Proud’s mom scolded Proud, she always pick Proud’s faults from the past to made Proud felt guilty heavier. Now Proud already knew her mom to scold her with moment when she saw Big Mountain Concert with her friends at Pak Chong in holiday for last year. Proud lied her mom about she slept at Noon’s room. Then her mom detected certainly so she scold Proud relentlessly until Proud felt she was stamped with guilty feeling forever.

I am fucking tired. I have taken care you to be good girl. Is it hard to be good girl? Tell me. I will know how to do. Open your mouth now!

Proud still silenced and she reviewed everything she ever saw since she could remember. She always obeyed her mom. When her mom said to keep left, Proud kept left. And when her mom said to keep right, she also kept right. Although she made her mom felt disappointed, but she tried to be good girl as her mom wanted. Proud allowed herself to abandon her freedom and her personality because that things her mom couldn’t allow. Proud mom imprisoned into the jail of love that she created and forced her daughter with taking care.

If mom felt about Proud liked to make chaos moment, Proud also thought she was justice about her mom like to force her.

When she allowed herself to be lost her personality to exchange being good girl in her mom’s sight, but Proud got that nasty sentences “Is it hard to be good girl?” So what the fuck is that? Being good girl wasn’t fucking enough?

Why don’t you say? Why do you silence? Can’t you fucking answer?

But Proud’s mom still scold to Proud when she saw Proud silenced with long time. That scolding cut the rope of tolerance.

So this was Proud’s answer…

FUCKKKKKKKK!!!

I’M FUCKING ENOUGH!!!!

WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU FORCING ME!!!?

WHY HAVEN’T YOU KNOWN MY HEART!!!?

WHAT THE FUCK IS YOUR GOOD GIRL AS YOU THINK?

I’M FUCKING TIRED. I CAN’T FUCKING TOLERATE EVERY FUCKING SHIT!

I CAN’T BE IMPRISONED WITH YOUR LOVE WITH PIECE OF SHIT FOREVER!!!

Not only screaming, Proud destroyed everything near her, such as lamp, desk, glass, vase or everything near her. She exploded her pressures that saved for 15 years. Her mom frightened that Proud’s action. She still said “STOP!” but nothing happened. Proud laid herself to the floor and she continued to scream until her dad rushed to embraced Proud. That made Proud to be calmer. When Proud exploded many fucking pressures of shit, she saw many things was eliminated. She frightened a little. From her screaming was turned to sobbing sound. Her dad brought her to her room immediately.

Part 8

3 hours later…

Proud opened her eyes and she felt herself again when she was at her room. Look like her dad opened lamp in her room. Proud felt awake and she saw her costume. That was her student uniform. She felt thirsty so she decided to drink water at living room.

Neon light from ground floor still shined. Many thing Proud destroyed now they were cleaned and ordered to their place. Proud walked to the ground floor and she was seeing her mom who was repairing photo frame that Proud threw until it was broken. Her dad held glass of water and laid to dinning table. Then he talked to his wife who felt lost.

“Enough. Tomorrow you can fix it.” Proud’s dad told and brought glass of water to his wife. But she still fixed photo with broken frame so she didn’t touch that glass of water. Proud sat to edges of ladder and she still saw what her mom was doing.

That broken frame was put photos with taking Proud and her mom together. Mom saw to that pictures with long time and she started to say something with her husband.

“Do you remember when I brought Proud to music school since she was 5 years old?” Proud’s mom told about Proud’s past story. “When I was keeping my items, I just dreamed about time when my daughter would finish learning. She had to sing to everyone. I remembered that time I clapped my hand loudly. Another one who were against me saw to me and laughed me a lot. That time I rooted could she sing a song. When she sang a song, my daughter silenced. Only silence then she cried.” Then Proud’s mom stopped talking and breathed out gently. “Actually I should know since that time Proud wanted and didn’t want. Why I looked after her for 10 years and everything I did was wrong? I only wanted to look after her to be good girl, have good life, get good things more than my parents who ever looked after me. But… why were everything I did fucking wrong?” Then Proud’s mom cried and felt guilty about her looking after Proud was piece of shit. She tried to keep her sadness but she couldn’t do it.

Proud listened every sentences her mom said. The memories that embedded and haunted in Proud’s mind all of time finally they were revealed the reason that her mom wanted Proud to be a good girl. Proud always thought about crying on stage from that time made her mom disappointed a lot. And when her mom never said about that, that made Proud thought about her mom was sad until she didn’t want to mention again. Then Proud and Proud’s mom let that bad moment suffered in their heart and it transformed as big crux. Proud and her mom’s problem wasn’t love because they already gave love together, but Proud lacked understanding between herself and her mom.

Proud wanted to cry as a child who fell down and want her parents to please her. But she only did with sobbing with silence and she used her hand to clean her face that fulfilled with tears.

“Perhaps I may forget about my daughter still grow everyday. When she grows, she can think with herself. When she thinks with herself, she wants to say something with us. With misunderstanding because I listen her less. We think about she should be that, this or shouldn’t be this or that. When I feel myself, I forget to ask what does she want to be? So next time we must warn together about Proud isn’t 5 years old child.” Proud’s dad said and laid his hand to his wife’s shoulder gently.

“But her body height was same.” Proud’s mom said about Proud wasn’t tall much. Her voice was shaken from her sad feeling and she still touch broken photos frame. That photos was her daughter when she was 5 years and she dressed with cute costume to sing a song. Until Proud’s mom saw to Proud who was sitting at the edge of ladder, so Proud’s mom asked to her daughter.

“Proud. Didn’t you sleep? Are you hungry? Let’s sit near me.”

Proud gently stood up and walked to opposite chair. She laid broken frame with photos to dinning table and she walked to kitchen to pour milk to the glass as everyday she always did. Although her daughter rampaged to her severely, but mom still loved and took care Proud above everything. That mom’s sight fulfilled with worry.

Proud drank milk from that glass profoundly before she brought glass of water to her mom. Mom picked that glass of water to drink too. No words could appear, but now they drank “understanding” via milk and water that they are drinking.
